This project introduces a fully conversational AI experience that guides users through an Inbest benefits estimation check without requiring them to navigate websites, forms, or external tools. Instead of sending users away to complete a benefits check on their own, the AI interacts with them directly in natural language—asking the required questions, gathering the essential data points, and seamlessly calling Inbest’s proprietary benefits engine to generate a personalised eligibility estimate.

The result is a smooth, human-like conversation that removes complexity, reduces friction, and instantly tells the user how much support they could be entitled to.
